Child Safety Standards
PetVerse is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and maintaining a safer community experience for users.
1. Zero tolerance policy
PetVerse does not allow child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualized content involving minors, or attempts to share, request, create, or distribute this content.
2. Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report child safety concerns through PetVerse support and by emailing developer@assaranrichness.com. Reports should include links, screenshots, usernames, dates, and a short description when available.
3. Review and enforcement
PetVerse reviews reported safety concerns and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and take other steps needed to protect users and comply with applicable laws.
4. Cooperation with authorities
When required by law or when appropriate for user safety, PetVerse may report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to relevant regional, national, or law enforcement authorities.
